The eP has excellent exhibition and meeting facilities, all with air conditioning, internet and telephone points.

Seminar Room Ideal for conferences, presentations, workshops, boardroom style meetings or training

Exhibition Space Combined with external walkway and wooden decking area, ideal for exhibitions, presentations and networking events

Board Room Self-contained executive business area with a stunning meeting table that can seat up to 16 executives

Visual Presentation Equipment

Along with room hire the eP can supply the following equipment:

• Data Projector
• Projection screen
• TV, VHS player, DVD player
• PC-based Laptop
• Interactive white board
• Digital conference call telephone (calls will be charged at BT Standard rates)

*Please note that 48 hours notice must be given for equipment hire If you would like to bring in your own equipment, you should ensure that it conforms to safety standards. All external equipment will be subject to a visual test.

Catering

Tailored to suit your needs, catering can be requested with the room booking. Sample menus are available and we require 48 hours notice to book the catering.
