Incubation Package

The eP Business Incubation Package

We offer affordable and flexible high quality office/studio accommodation as part of a business incubation package on an easy-in, easy-out basis – with a one month notice period on either side. The eP also offers a range of facilities to support and nurture your business, many of which are included in the monthly fee.The monthly fee includes:

• Access to business support, including mentoring and networking opportunities.
• All business rates, water, heating, lighting and electricity.
• 24/7 access to your office.
• Broadband internet connection.
• Office furniture.
• Digital telephone handsets available, with voicemail and conferencing features.
• Telephone answering services.
• One parking space per unit (extra parking available on a lease basis if necessary).
• Incoming post delivered. Outgoing post collected. Monday – Friday.
• Being part of a creative community with an entrepreneurial focus, provides your business with increased visibility and credibility in the market place. It is designed to combat the loneliness and stress of setting up a business.

Additional Services

• Use of fax, photocopier, laminator.
• Room hire, catering and equipment hire is available for all meetings. Please see our conference package.
• Parking is available (please book in advance).
• Access to the AIB Library
